We get hired to go to other people companies and act like customers in order to know how the staffs and personnel there handle company services in relation to their customers. Once we have a contract to do you would be directed to the company or outlet and you would be given the funds you need to do the job (either purchase things or require services) after which you would write a comment on the staff's activities and give a detailed record of your experience. Examples of details you would forward to us are;

How long it took you to get services.
Smartness of the attendant.
Customer service professionalism.

Sometimes you might be required to upset the attendant to see how they react to clients when they get tensed (under pressure). "When performance is measured and reported, service improves. When performance is measured, reported and shared with employees, service accelerates.company representatives play in driving purchase intent. Most companies employ our assistance when people give complaints about their services or when they feel there is a need for them to improve their customer service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be asked to visit the affected Apple store and services in your locations to discreet investigate and evaluate by purchasing Apple product and report to us. Each evaluation takes only about 30mins or 1hr of your day and is within 10 miles of your zip code. We will send you the funds you need to run the evaluation and also your commission in form of Certified Check (Please note that all applicants are required to have a CHECKING ACCOUNT to deposit the payment. You will receive instructions, the location and details of the task via email and Text messages ONLY should you be further interested?

FAQ: How much can I make as a discreet Apple evaluator?

How much you will make depend on how often you shop or evaluate but a typical assignment will pay anywhere $150 , but this assignment will pay $300.00 + $50 logistic

FAQ: How do I get paid per assignment or monthly?

Our Evaluator's is paid by PAYCHECK and the payment is per assignment they cover each day and which includes the paycheck for Apple Product procurement. The “PAYCHECK” will cover the purchase of the APPLE PRODUCT e.t.c, after cashing the PAYCHECK and deduct your commission of $350.00, the remaining fund shall be use for the purchase of the APPLE PRODUCT that will be in question for evaluating from the apple store.

MEMBERSHIP RULES

Membership is available to anyone 18 years or older, Legally capable, Responsible, Ready to work 3-4 hours per week. With PC knowledge, E-mail and Internet experience (minimal)
Your Identity would be kept confidential as the job states (secret shopper) you would be paid $350 for every survey you carry out
Your transportation allowance and funds would be given to you if you have to dine as part of the duty.
Your job will be to evaluate and comment on customer service in a wide variety of shops, stores, restaurant and services in your area. No commitment is made on this job and you would have flexible hours as it suits you.
