As soon as you join, you will receive a username and a password
using which you can setup your form at your web site. Your
form is now ready to use. Whenever a visitor fill out your
form, the form data will either be stored here or e-mailed
to you depending on your options.

No, it is not compulsory that you must link to us. However,

How much does it all cost?
FormBuddy does not cost you anything.It is a 100% free

If any of the information you provided while signing up
has changed, please login and edit your options. You may
also change other settings by logging in.
What is this Auto responder all about?
An auto responder is an automatic e-mail message which
gets sent to your visitor whenever he/she fills a form
at your website.

Can I setup more than one form at my website?
Yes, you can setup more than one form at your website.
However, all the forms must be part of the same website.

Can I host my form here at FormBuddy?

Can I have my forms e-mailed to more than one e-mail address?
This is a FormBuddy GOLD feature. In order to have your forms e-mailed to
multiple e-mail addresses, you must upgrade to FormBuddy GOLD. Click here for more details.
If you are a GOLD member, login to your account and in your options page, enter multiple e-mail addresses seperated by commas.
Does FormBuddy show ads in my site?
An ad is shown only when your visitor submits a form from your website.
Please see our ad policy for more details.
No ads are shown in GOLD members' websites.
I get a Unknown User error message when I try to submit a form..
Please check whether you have setup your form correctly.
In case your account has been inactive for 120 days, our system deletes your account.
Your account will become inactive if you haven't logged in for 120 days OR if no forms have been submitted
from your website for 120 days.
I get a 404 file not found error when I submit a form...
This might happen because the page you want your visitor to get redirected to after submitting the
form might not exist. Yet another possibility is that you may have setup your HTML code incorrectly.
Do you support file uploads using forms?
This is a FormBuddy GOLD feature. Please click here if you are a GOLD member and wish to setup a form with file upload facility.
When I submit a form I get a "No HTML allowed" error message...
Due to security restrictions we do not allow the following
characters in the filled up form: < , > , ! , ;
, # , | , & , \ and *.
I get an "Access Denied" error message when I try to submit my form...
Please note that your form MUST be present in a website in order that it works.
You cannot test your forms by storing them in your hard disk. Please upload your forms to your website
and they will work fine. Also note that you cannot send an e-mail to anyone with the form embedded in it.
Such forms, when submitted will result in an "Access Denied" error message. In case you continue to receive
such messages even though your form is present in a website, please contact me clearly mentioning the exact URL of the form.
